Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your goods. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate apparel and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will also be notified whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, reach out to your bank. Processing delays are common for refund transactions.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your item to the following address: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. The gift card will be mailed to you once we receive your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, your refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
