 Printful Fulfillment Guide

一、Production & Fulfillment Process

English: All custom products are manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly by Printful’s global fulfillment facilities. Once your order is placed, it will be automatically synced to Printful’s production system without manual operation. Standard production takes 2–5 business days. Slight delays may occur during holidays and peak seasons.

二、Shipping & Delivery Time

English: Delivery time varies by destination. Shipments to Europe and North America usually take 5–12 business days. Delivery for other regions depends on international logistics conditions. A tracking number will be provided for every order so you can monitor shipping status in real time.

三、Quality Guarantee & After-Sales Policy

English: Printful provides standard industry quality assurance. If you receive items with print errors, missing prints, damage, defects, or incorrect products, please contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear product photos. We offer free reprints or full refunds for verified factory-side issues.

四、Non-Returnable Cases

English: Since all items are custom-made personalized products, free returns, exchanges, or reprints are not applicable for the following cases: 1. Self-caused design errors, typos, or layout mistakes; 2. Wrong size/color selection or personal dislike; 3. Man-made damage or improper washing after delivery; 4. Minor shipping marks or normal screen-to-print color difference.

五、Order Modification & Cancellation

English: Order edits or cancellations are allowed before production starts. Once printing begins, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be processed. Please double-check your design and information before submitting your order.
